I instantly fell for Sugar Lace Lingerie because of the adorably feminine designs and perfectly sweet colour combinations. While I’m not usually one for colourful intimates, I absolutely make an exception when the pieces are in the most beautiful pastel shades. I mean, how could you say no to any one of these?! Designer Adrianna Tenorio is based out of Chicago, IL. where she went to school for fashion illustration and design. In her last two years of school she realized her love for lingerie design and that’s when Sugar Lace Lingerie came to fruition (and thank goodness for that!). Sharing this brand comes at just the right time, since Valentine’s Day is around the corner and I liken each of these pieces to sweet and sugary goodness.
I think if I were to deem one lingerie brand “darling”, Ohhh Lulu would be it. Based out of Orillia, ON (Ontario represent!) Sarah’s designs are inspired by her love of nature and history, and each piece feels very true to her inspiration – a classic, retro aesthetic in gorgeous floral prints and decadent velvet fabrics. They are the sort of pieces that would make any woman feel ultra girly and sweetly sexy, which are all good things in my books.
My favourites: Red Carmine Bralette, Watercolor Bra, Sleeping Beauty Floral Bra, Watercolor Highwaisted Panties, Pumpkin Spice Highwaisted Panties, Sleeping Beauty Hipster Panties, Doe Hipster Panties
While I’m in the midst of moving, things may be a little quiet around here until I get my internet switched over to the new place. In the mean time, I’d like to share a wee post Larkspur was featured in over the weekend at For The Love of Lingerie blog. I’m pretty excited about it since we all know of my love for lingerie, so it was very flattering to be featured as their Etsy pick of the week. Please check it out if you have a chance.
Take care dear pals. Hopefully I’ll be back here posthaste.
